📱Building Truly Unstoppable DApps with Scott Canning
Part One of a Two-Part Series
NEAR Protocol’s Blockchain Operating System (BOS) lets developers cheaply store & serve websites on-chain. The benefit? dApp front-ends with the same censorship-resistance & immutability as their underlying smart contracts
BOS advantages:
Further reducing centralization risks
Components are natively open source, meaning transparency for end-users
Composability enables faster dApp development
Scott Canning from our Product & Engineering team was intrigued by the innovation and decided to build his own dApp for decentralized presentations called Slides. He shares his thoughts here for part 1 of a 2 part series https://outlierventures.io/article/building-truly-unstoppable-dapps.
Read the post, check out the tutorial, create a deck, and even claim a Proof of Slides NFT!
Stay tuned for part 2 where he’ll deep dive into creating your own BOS component. Until then, build, fork, remix, and innovate with the open-source tool
